"Insofar as the main users of CASA's DRT are young people in middle and high school, Padam Mobility will facilitate and simplify booking for these users who are used to using smartphones."

Icilà is a service available at DRT . Its purpose is toprovide a solution to mobility issues in low-density areas of the Sophia Antipolis community ofurban area and at the same time contribute to its digital transformation . The bookings service is available from 10 days in advance to 2 hours before departure.

The service should be extended to a new route in the near future (Antibes/Valloris). The implementation of innovations on the regular lines of the bus network is under study, in particular the booking on the fixed lines.

Territory covered by the service :

  • 2500 companies
  • 68,000 jobs
  • 24Km2
  • 24 municipalities
  • 10 zones of DRT
  • 1000 stops, including 2 stations

Before the implementation of the solutions Padam Mobility, there was already a DRT, but the call center was saturated and could not take all bookings. Almost 90% of bookings calls are now made via the application. The call center has gone from 7000 calls per month to 2300.
