Padam Mobility makes it a point of honor to take care of the integration of new arrivals. Even before their arrival, new recruits receive a "welcome guide" and benefit from several face-to-face or virtual exchanges (welcome coffee, virtual games, one-to-one presentations, breakfasts, weekly meetings with managers, etc.). The first few weeks are marked by presentation sessions for each department and an HR interview is organized two months after arrival to ensure perfect integration.
Coding and development at Padam Mobility is about following guidelines that we collectively create, finding new intelligent solutions to problems, and participating in an overall quality effort. We integrate into our CI/CD stack code linters, static code analysis, test coverage, code reviews, and soon benchmarks to help us deliver maximum quality.

Since its creation, Padam Mobility has maintained a privileged link with the world of research and innovation. In a process of knowledge acquisition and continuous consolidation of its know-how in the design and development of its optimisation systems, the company has established close collaborations with teams of experts in operations research at the ENPC (Frédéric Meunier's team) and in optimisation under constraints at the University of Lorraine (Ammar Oulamara and Wahiba Ramdane's team).
In 2015, a partnership was concluded with the Loria laboratory in Nancy (University of Lorraine) to support its research work. It is materialised by the production of a CIFRE thesis in which all the research work was done internally (except for some less critical software developments that were subcontracted).
