You will have a dedicated website from which you can send questions, remarks or requests to our support team at any time.
How often are the Padam Mobility tools improved or updated?
About every week our teams add features, fix bugs and improve the service. You will receive a monthly update note to keep you informed of these evolutions.
How will I know how to use your solutions?
Each new project is an opportunity for us to train you in the use of each of our tools: applications and management interfaces. You decide who in your team is to be trained and our support team will propose an appropriate training plan, either face-to-face or by videoconference
What indicators could I access to monitor my service?
We will allow you to collect valuable data for the continuous improvement of your service from DRT or Paratransit.
