"The main goal for us is to make it as easy as possible for people to access the service. I think having that freedom is a big win for them, to be able to control their own destiny and their own access to transportation."

The DRT Call Connect service provides a reliable and convenient mobility solution for inhabitants of rural Lincolnshire. The county has been running on-demand services for about 20 years to provide commuters with an alternative to the very long rides by bus, with long detours through various villages.
To make the service more efficient for both users and management, Lincolnshire County Council decided to use Padam Mobility. By integrating its solutions, fleet management is optimized and users can book their rides via three different channels: through a user application, on the booking website and by phone via a call centre. These flexible booking options aim to increase ridership among existing users while attracting new passengers and new types of populations such as youth.
