Servizi a chiamata is a service that allows citizens to book, autonomously, a ride directly from the point of departure to the desired point of arrival, without having to follow a fixed timetable or a predefined itinerary . This translates into greater flexibility and convenience, enabling citizens to plan their journeys according to their specific needs within the public transport service.

The on-demand service is being tested on the urban line linking Favaro to Cà Solaro, Prasecco, Don Sturzo and Borgoforte. The area covered by ride covers around 6 km² and is located to the north-east of the center of Mestre (north-west of Venice), with a network of around 10 km. It borders the E55 (Tangenziale di Mestre).
