1. Purpose of the Policy

This personal data processing policy (hereinafter the " Policy ") is to inform you about the processing of your personal data by Padam Mobility, a simplified joint stock company with capital of 253,174.43 euros, whose registered office is at 11 Rue Tronchet, 75008 Paris, registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 802 466 177 (hereinafter " Padam Mobility "or " we ").

As used in the Policy, the terms " personal data ", " data subjects ", " data controller ", " processing ", " international transfer "and " processor " have the meanings assigned to them in Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

2. Description of the processes implemented by Padam Mobility

2.1 Building a database of clients and prospects

In order to create and maintain its database of clients and prospective customers, Padam Mobility staff may collect the following personal data:

  • Name,
  • First name,
  • Professional email address,
  • Professional phone number,
  • Company,
  • Position held,
  • Miscellaneous information that you can provide in your dealings with Padam Mobility,

This personal data will be collected directly from you, in particular in the context of a commercial relationship established between Padam Mobility and your company or work events. This personal data will be used to enable Padam Mobility to manage and maintain its relations with clients and prospective customers, to send newsletters and other direct communications and, where applicable, for billing purposes.

Padam Mobility processes personal data in order to develop its business. The legal basis for the processing is therefore the legitimate interest pursued by Padam Mobility or the performance of a contract if one has been signed.

This data is kept for two (2) years from the end of the commercial relationship with your company, and for two (2) years from the date of collection if no commercial relationship is established. However, your personal data is kept for a longer period when required by legal and regulatory obligations.

2.2 Sending and viewing newsletters

Padam Mobility may use your e-mail address to send you newsletters and other direct e-mail communications. You may object to these mailings at any time by sending an e-mail to data-privacy@padam.io or by using the unsubscribe link included in e-mails sent by Padam Mobility. Please note that your e-mail address may be kept after you unsubscribe if a commercial relationship is still in progress between Padam Mobility and your company.

When sending these emails, Padam Mobility will collect the following personal data:

  • IP address
  • Email openings
  • Browsing the Padam Mobility
  • Download documents from Padam Mobility

This personal data is collected by means of tracers or cookies and is used solely for the purposes of audience measurement and service improvement by Padam Mobility.

The legal basis for the processing is the legitimate interest pursued by Padam Mobility in communicating about the development of its business or the performance of a contract if one has been signed.

Audience measurement data is kept for thirteen (13) months from the date of collection. Tracers will be deleted after thirteen (13) months from the opening of the first email.

3. Recipients of personal data and international transfers

Padam Mobility uses IT tools to manage its database of clients and prospects (CRM), to send direct communications and generally to store its data. These IT tools are provided by third-party service providers with whom Padam Mobility has concluded contracts including provisions relating to the protection of personal data. These service providers, who will have access to certain personal data, are listed below:

  • Salesforce,
  • Pardot
  • Google,

These service providers may transfer your personal data outside the European Union in order to host them or carry out maintenance operations. Appropriate control mechanisms for these transfers have been put in place by Padam Mobility. You are informed that the services offered by Salesforce and Google are governed by the standard contractual clauses of the European Union.

4. Your rights

You have the following rights concerning your personal data that we collect and process.

Where you ask us to rectify or delete your personal data or to restrict its processing, we will do our best to inform each recipient to whom the data has been communicated (unless this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort).

You may ask to see your personal data processed by Padam Mobility. If you so request, we will also provide you with a copy of any personal data we hold about you.

You may also ask us for information that we are legally required to give you, including :
