STO on Demand allows people living in the municipalities of Buckingham and Masson-Angers to use the Demand-Responsive Transport to travel or reach the fixed schedule bus network.

Thanks to the dynamic and intelligent infrastructure on which it is based, STO à la demande offers multiple possibilities. In particular, it allows the dedicated fleet of vehicles to be filled to capacity calling on additional vehicles in the event of heavy traffic. It allows to control the costs of the service. In addition, an intelligent pricing system encourages all publics to use the service. In order to incentivise intermodality, rides to and from a feeder point on the bus network are free.

Thanks to a partnership between the STO, Padam Mobility and Transit, commuters in Buckingham and Masson-Angers have access to Demand-Responsive Transport directly on the Transit app on their smartphones and can plan rides combining Demand-Responsive Transport and the bus system.

You can book a ride on the STO à la demande app, online on the booking website stoalademande.sto.ca or by phone.
