In order to remain as close as possible to the mobility needs of Île-de-France residents and to adapt to the diversity of the region's territories, Île-de-France Mobilités has begun developing Demand-Responsive Transport (DRT) services in the outer suburbs. This mobility solution was deemed ideal for providing customised solutions to residents in less densely populated areas, complementing regular modes such as buses and trains.
Given the size of its territory (12,000 km2) and the multitude of use cases to be addressed, Île-de-France Mobilités has entrusted Padam Mobility, Setec and Webhelp with the implementation of a unique management and booking platform under the TAD IDFM brand. The aim is to integrate all the use cases and potential operators of DRT in the region.
Level 4 MaaS integration to the IDFM app is planned for 2024. New territories are progressively integrated in 2023/2024 including filéo from 2023.
