Mobilitad is the single brand that groups together the different services of DRT of the RTA in the Aisne region. These existing services have been optimized and modernized by Padam Mobility, which has also provided new booking tools for users (application and booking website). The introduction of these new digital booking channels meets several objectives:
- Accelerate the digital transition of the RTA and its transportation services
- Revitalize the image of DRT Mobilitad's services to better communicate, increase attendance and attract new populations
Before the implementation of the solution Padam Mobility, the bookings and the assignment of the vehicles of DRT Mobilitad were done manually. The experimentation of the new tools Padam Mobility has allowed to automate many tasks which were previously tedious and time-consuming both for the operators and the teleoperators.

Eventually, all intercity lines will be integrated into Mobilitad.
For now, the service is available Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Saturday, from 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., excluding bank holidays. It is accessible only on booking. The application, which is simple to use and easy to access, allows users to book their rides in real time, up to one month in advance. Users can also book their rides consecutively over several days.
