"Thanks to on-demand transport services (DRT and Paratransit), new ways of managing and guaranteeing access to a more inclusive and sustainable mobility can be put in place. Means that allow a gradual transition to low-carbon travel, reduce the impact of the private car, improve access to employment and service areas."

With 43,000 inhabitants, Grand-Figeac is a rural community of municipalities located in the Lot and Aveyron departments, in Occitania. To meet the mobility needs of its residents, the community of municipalities has a service of Demand-Responsive Transport named TAD Grand-Figeac.
As part of a digitalization process, the territory has decided to deploy Padam Mobility solutions by offering users a booking website and a mobile application for drivers.
The service operates successively on half-days in 5 peripheral zones, with a feeder service to a central zone (multi-feeder). This configuration makes it possible to offer a mobility solution to all inhabitants, while controlling the costs of the service. Bookings are allowed until 5:00 p.m. the day before.
