Athélia, Demand-Responsive Transport service in la ciotat

This Demand-Responsive Transport service was born out of a project to transform two under-frequented RTM fixed bus routes into virtual on-demand routes. The aim is to continue to guarantee service to the Athelia business park despite low and uneven demand. The service allows employees to travel to their place of work or to La Ciotat station.

In the future, these shuttles will also run in the city, picking up passengers in areas that are currently not served by buses. They can take them to a bus or tram station. From there, passengers can continue their journey even further.
