The City of Orleans renews its Demand-Responsive Transport network

Since 2018, the Orleans Metropolis trusts Padam Mobility to renew and optimise its Resa’Tao Demand-Responsive networks. 

 

As a shared mobility solution that opens up peri-urban areas and guarantees quick and easy access to the existing transport network, the Résa’Tao service is now more dynamic, more flexible and smarter. The user experience has been enriched, itinerary search and booking have been improved, and service availability has been increased.

 

The Résa’Tao service was gradually extended to other areas of the Orleans Metropolitan area, covering 9 areas in total with a fleet of over 19 vehicles.

Based on these conclusive experiences in terms of both ridership and user satisfaction, Orleans Metropole decided to extend the service on January, 3rd 2022 to 4 new, redesigned areas, with some forty vehicles in service 7 days a week.
